Determine a pricing & marketing strategy

After looking at your home and researching comparable properties, we will recommend a price point and marketing strategy.

Obtain & negotiate an offer

 Once we receive an offer from a buyer we will go over it in detail with you, then negotiate the terms until mutual agreement is reached.  We will also negotiate any counter offers and inspection items.

Coordinate the transaction

Once your home is under contract, we will take care of all the details of the transaction.

Close & record on the home

You will sign all your documents transferring title to the new buyer, paying off your loan, etc., at least one day before the sale records. On the recording date, the title will transfer to the buyer, you will receive your proceeds, and the home will be officially closed!

Seller consultation

During our first meeting, we will review the home-selling process, our services, the listing agreement, and answer any questions you may have.

Prepare your home for market

 We will work with you to determine what your home needs to get it presentation ready for the market, including (but not limited to) 

staging, painting, handyman work, etc., and coordinate this work.

Put your home on market

Once your home is completely prepared for market, we will take it live!

Deploy our marketing campaign 

We will create flyers, create a virtual tour, place your home on numerous websites, run print & electronic mail-outs featuring your

property, and more.

Showings

We will coordinate any and all showings for other agents and potential buyers.

Broker opens & open houses

We will hold broker open houses and open houses to showcase your home and increase awareness among other Realtors and

prospective buyers.

Marketing your property

Two proprietary sites

Your home will be featured on our two websites, where potential buyers can view photos, virtual tours, and maps.

Extended web presence

When you list with us, you have access to Alaska's Multiple Listing Service, a proprietary, exclusive system that ensures your property is marketed online, 24/7, through more than 350 of the most popular search websites, including Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, and more!

Give your property a boost

On Facebook, we boost new listings, meaning we pay to advertise them to a specific audience, usually people in Anchorage and the Valley who have indicated an interest in real estate.

A picture's worth a thousand words...

...for better or for worse. According to Realtor Magazine, homes with professional photographs were found to be viewed 61 percent more online than others in that price range shot with a lower end camera, on average.

Flyers and a "welcome home" book

We will post a sign at your property, complete with a flyer box, to attract drive-by prospects. We also create custom flyers highlighting the best features of your property, as well as a home book with the property disclosure, MLS overview, as built survey, and utility information.

Protecting your privacy

MLS Lockbox

This electronic key box system can only be accessed by licensed agents and keeps a record of showing activity for your property.
